Mitchel E. Woodlief is a Florida native, growing up in the naval community of Jacksonville, Florida.  Mr. Woodlief has practiced law in Jacksonville for over 30 years and currently specializes in the area of personal injury law, as well as admiralty law.   Mr. Woodlief has substantial civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts.  In 2010, Mr. Woodlief successfully tried a local personal injury case obtaining a verdict of $25,500,000 for his client, one of the largest individual jury awards in Florida.  Mitchel Woodlief is a founding partner in Woodlief and Rush, P.A.

Mr Woodlief is active in his community, volunteering time with the Girl Scouts of America, Gateway Girl Scout Council, First Coast YMCA , Board of Directors and the Riverside Avondale Preservation Society.

Brian P. Rush has practiced law for over 30 years, almost exclusively in the area of civil trial practice that includes land loss and property damage issues, complex personal injury and business litigation.  Mr. Rush has substantial civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts, with an active federal court practice in numerous states. In addition, Mr. Rush has argued appellate cases before various appellate courts, including the Florida Supreme Court. 

Brian P. Rush has tried numerous jury trials to verdict, and has litigated to conclusion numerous Federal court cases. Mr. Rush began his legal career at Holland and Knight, one of the largest law firms in the United States. Mr. Rush served four terms in the House of Representatives in Florida (1986-1994), where he was appointed Majority Whip of the House Democratic Caucus.  Mr. Rush is a founding partner and president of Woodlief & Rush, P.A., with offices in both Tampa and Jacksonville, Florida.
